How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

UK: Standard shipping: 3 - 4 working days. Express Shipping: 1-2 working days. All items are sent via a tracked service, we will issue you your tracking number with your dispatch notice.

Orders to Europe are estimated between 3 - 7 working days. Orders to the rest of the world are estimated at 7-14 working days.

Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Can I Return My Order?

We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Other items are subject to returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Find out more here.
