All orders will be shipped via a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number with your dispatch notice.

It is the customers responsibility to respond to the courier if they are contacted directly regarding an order being held for collection (due to a failed attempted delivery) or at customs. If you do not rearrange delivery / collect your order / respond to the courier and the item is returned to us, you will be refunded for your item only, delivery fees are non refundable.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order and contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your address details. If your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address, this is non refundable.
