Warranty

At Gold Folk we take pride in the quality and craftmanship of our pieces. We apply a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on all items within our core collection - necklaces, hoop earrings and bracelets. All of our items undergo a strict quality control procedure and are checked for any issues pre dispatch. In the event your piece develops a fault, reach out to us and we'll be sure to resolve the issue.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, regular wear and tear (scratches), damages / breakages from improper care, our huggie collection or change of heart.
